One Way Entertainment’s Full Circle Agreement (FCA) is an artist friendly Production, Promotional Assets, and Performance Agreement designed to collaborate with upcoming artist on creating quality music, capturing their story through content, and providing a platform to perform their music for a live audience.

One Way Entertainment is an independent production company owned and operated by platinum selling producer, songwriter, and artist Schyler O’Neal.

Schyler O’Neal has years of experience working with and developing artist, most notably GRAMMY Nominated R&B Artist Giveon. Through his work at the GRAMMY Museum as the Sr. Manager of Education & Community Engagement, O’Neal has taught and developed music industry workshops, courses, and programs covering music production, songwriting, live performance, and artist development.
